Our Health Guarantee covers a variety of health issues that may arise within the first 72 hours of ownership. If your parrot shows any signs of illness during this time, we will cover the cost of any necessary veterinary care, up to the purchase price of the bird.

We also offer a one-year warranty against any congenital defects that may arise. If your parrot is found to have a congenital defect within the first year of ownership, we will replace the bird or provide a full refund.
